Meet Slugo and Sprout. Two lazy students attending the Star Chamber Academy. They are typical youths from
generation Z. They sluff off their studies to play video games, watch AV (Ansible Vision), and swill beer. Sound
familiar? They can be seen here enjoying one of their favorite pastimes...watching reruns of Beavis and Butthead.

Cultural Decline is a card designed for Multiplay but is also effective for standard one on one action. It allows you to
play catch up when you get behind on the cultural front. Basically it causes an opponents artifact planets to generate
less destiny if they are ahead culturally. Thats -1 destiny for each adversary that they are ahead of. Take that Onions!

Card Creation: Xenophobic Hysteria by AlienProbe.

Xenophobic Hysteria is another card designed to counter the destiny rockets in multiplayer games. It targets a player
causing them to lose destiny in an amount of 2 for each opponent that they are ahead of in a game. Under the right
circumstances an opponent could lose 6 destiny each time this card targets them....nice.

Card Creation: Gravitic Cruiser by AlienProbe

Ixa shipwrights of the Consortium unlocked some of the potential gained from the experiments at Project X. They
found that they could harness gravity and integrate it into various systems to make their ships more powerful. The
Gravitic Cruiser is one such ship that utilizes gravity technology.

The Gravitic Cruiser creates a small, extremely dense gravity well that is contained in a special energy field. They can
manipulate gravity waves to perform various tasks. One such task is to increase local gravity outside of the ship in
order to contain enemy ships that employ devices such as Infinity Drive. Local ships can not disengage from combat
when a Gravitic Cruiser is nearby.

The Gravitic Cruiser also has the ability to reverse and intensify compact waves of gravity. These powerful waves are
then channeled through their weapons systems. The result is cannon volleys of extreme velocity that have an extreme
impact.

Each time you ditch a card into the Black Hole all of your Gravitic Cruisers get a Gravity Marker. The Gravity markers
have a duration of three so that one cruiser can accumulate no more than three. Once a Gravitic Cruiser enters combat,
all Gravity Markers are removed and the cruiser gets +3 cannon for each one removed. This can give a Gravitic Cruiser
the potential for doing 42 cannon damage in one turn!
